Make Time To Prepare Today!

Have you ever thought about the preparation we need to do in order to accomplish a project, a job, a recipe, or preparation for a holiday?

“When something is important to us, we will take the time to prepare.”

Have you thought about or prepared for where you will be when life on earth is done?

Everything we do requires thought and preparation.

Here are a few examples:

• Marriage ?
• Job choice ?
• Children-some or none ?
• Recreational choices ?
• What should I eat ?
• What courses to take ?
• Where will we spend eternity?
• And many more!

Life requires preparation!

Have you given any thought to what happens and where you will be when life on earth is over? Have you prepared for life after death? We don’t know when our last day will come.

There is life after life on earth is over!

Jesus tells us in John 14:6 I am the Way and the Truth and the Life: no one comes to the Father except by Me.

So we see Jesus giving us instruction, that if we want to go to Heaven and be with God, the Father, and Jesus, we have to know the Way that Jesus has given us.

So What Preparation is Required For a Future Life?

First of all is a decision you have to make; do you believe what the Bible says? God made us and gave us “freewill”. We can believe what we want.

We have two choices: Believe or Not! To believe is to have a future in Heaven. To not believe is to have a future in Hell! God will never send anyone to Hell. Our decision will determine our eternal future.

Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled!

Jesus tells us in John 14: 1 & 2

Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so I would of told you.I go to prepare a place for you.

Jesus is the only Person who rose from the dead. He is alive and sits in Heaven at God’s right hand. He has prepared a place for you. Now it’s your turn to prepare for your eternal future.

• Believe that you have sinned. All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.
• Repent/turn from your sins. The wages of sin is death/eternal separaton from God.
• Believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins.
• Believe that Jesus’ shed blood has washed you clean of sin.
• Believe you are forgiven.
• Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
• Confess Jesus as your Savior and Lord.
• Learn of Him and His ways.
• Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the LIfe.

Life on earth is our preparation room for where we will spend eternity! Believe today and see your life change for the better. You will see yourself set free from past and present hurts and loss. Jesus is there for all who believe in Him. He tells us He will Never, Never, Never leave us or forsake us. He sticks closer to us than a brother. He calls us His friend.

Jesus is the Way! As you follow Him, learn His ways and do them; you will be on your Freedom Journey. Set free to soar in this present life. I know because He has done this for me and He will do this for you! He is no repecter of persons, only believe in His finished work on the cross.
